Keeps your website online without interruption. This is a very small fee for our time and responsibilities to maintain your website all year with the hosting server, so your site doesn't default or fall apart because it lacks the hosting server's updates. We can also make updates to keep your website current continuously with search engine marketing advancements for an additional fee. Address or phone number changes can be made once a year on your anniversary date. The current rates are always displayed on the website.

ikan-ikon absorbed the last storage increase of $9 per month. This fee is charged because it is important that we have several safe Cloud storage backups across different locations with no risk of fire, natural disaster, or malfunctioning hard drives destroying or corrupting files. This is also a security measure in case a website gets hit by hackers or anything weird happens in the cyber world that would otherwise mean your website and all of your graphics, product and service details, and everything else ikanikon ever makes for you is never lost. (Mind you, we have never lost a website, but, if it happens, it is better to be safe and covered so you can be back up and running in a week or two rather than sorry because everything gets lost forever.)

Our hosting server has some impressive security built into our emails and the websites, so we have never had a breach beyond fishing. Google is now requiring SSL for Google ranking so it has become crucial to take website security seriously.
