Instant Downloads are customizable to your brand and immediately usable as fully written marketing blurbs, so we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Digital Download orders are generated from the questionnaire that we use to customize, curate, and individually produce all of your order requests based on the any details resulting from your order. Work begins immediately after payment to ensure timely delivery of personalized materials, so we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that the services and deliverables have been clearly described, agreed upon, and accepted unconditionally.
